At Two Maids, our goal is to make a difference in people's daily lives. We help busy families maintain beautiful, clean and healthy homes and take care of the chores that no one has the time or energy to do. We proudly serve our customers so they can focus on what matters most to them.
Two Maids actively supports the "Cleaning for a Reason" organization, which offers free housecleaning to people undergoing cancer treatment. Most of us have experienced cancer first-hand and we know that the kindness and service of others is a blessing that can provide some comfort and peace of mind in challenging times. Two Maids is proud to play a small part in that effort. We also partner with Alliance for Hope International to help provide support and care for survivors of domestic violence.

Hello, I’m Lee Sheridan, the proud owner of Two Maids Chesapeake and Norfolk VA!
After 20 years in the insurance industry I decided it was time to move on and as the son of two entrepreneurs I decided to follow in their footsteps. Two maids is an organization that believes in giving back to the community so we have partnered with Cleaning for a Reason to provide free cleanings for those battling cancer. We have also partnered with the Finley Project that provides free cleanings for families who have lost an infant. Additionally, as the owner I am a member of The Noblemen which is a local non-profit supporting children who are terminally ill.
We live in a fast-paced world where both parents and children are running all the time. We have hectic lives and busy schedules filled with work obligations, personal appointments, school projects, athletics, faith, and more. I decided to open this franchise because I wanted to spend more time doing the things I enjoy with the ones I care about.
At Two Maids we understand how valuable your time is and we work hard to make your home as welcoming as possible so you can sit back, relax and enjoy time with your family. Imagine being able to take the weekend off without worrying about when the house will get cleaned.
The entire staff at Two Maids goes through a 50 State background check, a full motor vehicle review and a week of training and certification. Sandy Baranski is the Operations Manager who manages the day to day of the office and the staff. Melissa Bender is our Staffing Specialist and she manages everything related to our people, policies and culture. Heather Santos is our Operations Assistant and she is responsible for customer onboarding and customer follow up. We run a very professional operation and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you and your family anywhere on the Southside.
